Location: Loon Lake Retreat Centre - 14500 Silver Valley Road, Maple Ridge, BC V4R

(about 1-1.5 hours from ferry terminal – both Tsawwassen or Horseshoe Bay)

I’m thrilled to invite you to this magical retreat — a time to gather in community, celebrate our shared love of mediumship, creativity, and energy healing, and nourish both spirit and body.

Loon Lake is a POWERFUL and MAGICAL place. Where intentions take form, and manifestations become real. I look forward to returning here for a second year and sharing this sacred space with you.

This retreat offers a beautiful balance of deepening your intuition, mediumship, energy healing, and creative flow, while embracing holistic wellness and joy.
You can look forward to:
✨ Cacao and fire ceremonies
✨ Yoga and guided meditations
✨ Singing bowls, breathwork, and intuitive/mediumship exercises
✨ Creative expression, art and evening dance/movement
✨ Walks in the forest, nourishing food, cozy fireplace, and even a ceremonial cold-water dip.

This isn’t a rigorous masterclass — it’s an integrative, restorative experience. You’ll leave feeling clear, aligned, inspired, and deeply connected — to yourself, to spirit, and to one another.

Timetable:

March 16th: 3 pm check-in, 5 pm orientation starts.

March 17th: classes from 9am to 8pm

March 18th: classes from 9 am to 8 pm

March 19th: classes: 9 am to 8 pm

March 20th: classes: 9 am to 12:00 pm – followed by group lunch.

*You will have three meals a day. Coffee/tea and fruit are available throughout the day.

Accommodation: You will be staying in the Pan Abode cabin at Loon Lake, within walking distance of the dining hall. It is a log cabin that has multiple bedrooms, three shared washrooms, a full kitchen for our tea/snacks, and a large classroom with an outdoor deck.

*Rooms are shared accommodation. So book with a friend or be open to sharing a room with someone. For those of you who only want to come if you can have your own room, I looked into it, and unfortunately, that cannot be accommodated.

*You will need a moderate fitness level. The reason being, there is slight up hill walking to the dining hall, it is a very nature-based, and lots of outdoor settings to explore. Ie: the lake, the docks, the fire pit, forest walks, finding sasquatch, etc…

Investment ~ Total price for everything:

Early Bird Special (January 20th/2026) 600$ - classes (plus 556$ for lodging/food, due by March 1st)

After January 20th: 700$ classes (plus 556$ for lodging, due by March 1st)

This includes:

- All your class time. (3 full days and 2 half days)

- Four nights’ stay at Loon Lake Lodge, all your meals (4 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners) at a picturesque setting.

First Payment: Deposit to hold your spot:

To secure your space: 150$ non refundable, non transferrable.

Only 14 spaces are available for this intimate retreat.(plus retreat host)

Second Payment:

450$ Early bird special – due by January 20th/2026 (450$ + 150$ deposit: 600$ total)

550$ January 20th to March 1st (550$ + 150$ deposit: 700$)

Accommodation/lodging:

Please make 556$ payment for lodging by March 1st/2026

- If you are gluten free/vegan, it is 3.50$ extra per meal; please write me so I can shift your price to accommodate diet and notify the kitchen.

OR: if you want to make one payment (instead of deposit, early bird, lodging & food) of 1156$ by January 20th. Or 1256$ (between Jan 20th to March 1st)

All Payments can be made to Nicole Powell via Etransfer, Paypal (international students) or cash. (this includes deposit, class, and accommodation payments). Payment can also be made via Eventbrite (but has added fee's.)

Cancellation Policy: $150 non-refundable/transferable.

Up to February 15 (30 days prior), a refund is available, minus the deposit.

30 days prior to retreat. Absolutely no refunds.

Please note: This retreat requires advance, non-refundable payments for accommodation and meals at the centre. Please respect the cancellation policy and register only if you genuinely plan to attend.

If there is a waitlist, I may be able to transfer your spot to someone else, but this cannot be guaranteed.
