About this month's topic

Join us this Third Tuesday as we dive into the world of game development with Games on the Lake, a growing community of programmers, artists, designers, musicians, and creators on the north shore of Lake Superior.
We'll explore what goes into bringing a game from an idea to something people can actually play, the diffferent skills and disciplines involved in game development, and what the local game development scene looks like here in Northwestern Ontario. Games on the Lake will also share how they're building connections between local creators through game jams, meetups, showcases, and collaborative projects.
Whether you're a developer or designer, have an idea for a game of your own, or are simply curious about how games get made, come out and join the conversation.

What's it about?

Third Tuesdays are a place for Thunder Bay tech enthusiasts to come out and meet up and network with their peers. We chat about technology, startups, and happenings in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. We meet monthly at The Foundry on (you guessed it) the third Tuesday of the month.
