This class is for the cool moms. The ones who might swear in front of their kids. The ones who grew up dancing on speakers and now twerk while cleaning the kitchen. The women who want to feel like themselves outside of being “Mom.”
BABES & BABIES is half dance class, half workout, with your baby along for the ride. Strap them in, wear them, bring the bouncer chair …we don’t care. We’re here to move our bodies, sweat a little, and remind ourselves we’re still that bitch.
We dance to music for the baddies. Not the babies.
Expect hip-hop, pop, booty shaking, and absolutely zero nursery rhymes.
More than anything, this class is about finding your people. A room full of moms who fn get it. No judgment. No pressure. Just a chance to move, laugh, and leave feeling more like you than when you walked in.
