Third Eye Chakra Healing with Sound, Meditation & Breath

This monthly chakra healing workshop offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and connect with your inner wisdom. Each month, we explore a different chakra, allowing time to integrate and embody its energy fully. This session focuses on the Third Eye Chakra—the center of intuition, insight, and clarity.

The Third Eye Chakra governs your ability to access intuition, gain perspective, and make decisions with clarity. When balanced, you experience sharper perception, deeper insight, and confidence in your inner guidance. This workshop guides you in opening and supporting your Third Eye Chakra so you can reconnect with your intuitive wisdom.

Through guided meditation, mindful breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll cultivate clarity and mental focus while releasing patterns that may cloud perception, such as mental fog, self-doubt, or limiting beliefs. Sound and vibration support the clearing of stagnant energy and the flow of insight, higher awareness, and inner vision.

You’ll be invited to set a personal intention for clarity, intuition, or insight. The session concludes with a soothing sound healing journey, using vibration to help integrate the energy and awaken your inner wisdom.

This workshop can be experienced as a standalone session or as part of the ongoing monthly chakra series, supporting gradual self-awareness and deepening intuitive growth over time.

What to Bring: Everything you need for comfort will be provided, including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle and journal if you’d like to reflect or take notes after the session. Wear warm, comfortable and cozy clothing and socks. You will begin seated and transition to lying down for the sound healing portion.
