Getting moving is one of the best things you can do for you and your families health! Being active can help improve your sleep, maintain healthy weight, manage stress, improve quality of life, and reduce chances of developing a range of health conditions.

Think Active's Wear and Share initiative hopes to provide those who may struggle to be active to access clothing so they can do so. The Wear and Share package alongside our wider partners offers the first steps for everyone to be more active.

How it works

All you need to do is turn up on the day. From here you will be able to see the range of clothes and sizes we can offer. At the event you will be able to meet a range of local activity providers who will be able to promote how you can be active in the borough.

Meet with a range of Health and Movement Partners

In addition to the activewear that Think Active will be providing we will be working with a range of local partners and organisations. This includes Everyone Active, Richmond Medical Centre, Colebridge Trust, Meridan Adventure Playground and the Uplift Initative. These partners will be able to offer health advice and checks as well as what opportunities there are to be active locally.
