Over three transformative days, you’ll learn the foundational ThetaHealing meditation technique—a guided process that helps you identify and release limiting beliefs, old wounds, and unhelpful patterns.

By the end of the course, you will be a certified ThetaHealing Practitioner, equipped to continue your own inner work and support others on their healing journeys. There are no prerequisites for this class, making it accessible to anyone seeking deeper self-awareness and growth.
