TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE : However, if an event is postponed/ rescheduled by the organizer, or the customer doesnt attend the event , guest will be capable of redeeming their ticket at an upcoming workshop . Please note that workshops are no longer held on a weekly basis .
