APA skill level max 12--we will be taking your HIGHEST skill level in 8 ball from any leagues we can access (DC, Maryland, PA, etc).All skill levels are locked when you sign up.
If you don't play APA we can assign a level to you based on your ratings in BCA, TAP, Fargo, etc. In order for your skill level to be considered "valid" and therefore not subject to TD discretion, you must be ACTIVE on a roster, and have 20 matches in the last 2 calendar years.
