Join Kristin in her signature style of Therapeutic Yoga where we will tend to the body, the mind, and the nervous system. A combination of breath work, somatic movements, yin stretching, and hands on attention will give you relief and relaxation from stress and tension.
There is no experience necessary.
Please bring a mat and if possible - a yoga bolster and block.

*Kristin has taught yoga and practiced bodywork for 13 years. Her style is awareness based and always practical and informative while remaining lighthearted and inclusive. After practicing in Janesville for 11 years, she moved with her family to Ashland, Oregon and offers classes on her visits to Wisconsin.
