Come join us for a unique cat and yoga experience! Meet some adorable adoptable cats (often kittens!) while practicing yoga. Bonding with cats can provide emotional support and a reduction of negative emotions. Yoga has been shown to provide stress relief while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Put them together and you have the purrrfect class with a myriad of benefits for both mind and body. You will get to hang out with cats, you will get to do yoga, and for every participant $10 will be donated back to the HSSW! Who? Adults and children ages 10+ Children must be accompanied by an adult. A wonderful way to introduce your kids to yoga in a fun engaging way. Spend time with them and teach them the importance of health and wellness! No kids in your life? Come on your own or bring a friend. This class will not disappoint, but it may meow. No previous experience necessary - Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM).
