Therapeutic Journaling workshop

Join us for an evening of therapeutic journaling, led by (Dr.) Darlene Trujillo, LCSW, who is a queer therapist and artist. Folx of all identities are welcome, age 18+. All journaling supplies will be provided. This class will entail guided journaling exercises and optional opportunities to share in a small, intimate group setting, with breaks in between exercises. This workshop is also trauma-informed, and there will intentionally be room for choice at every step of the process. Feedback post-workshop is warmly welcomed!

In order to benefit multiple sources, we are asking for a sliding scale of $20-$30 for this workshop. Those funds will be allocated as follows:

$10 to Plantiitas, our host
