Ladies first… and this night is not for the casual crowd.

Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail reception and elevated charcuterie inside Willie’s Banquet Room, setting the tone for what’s to come. From there, you’ll step into LA County’s largest distillery for a guided tasting that includes the exclusive release of the triple-distilled “Cyclone Racer” — a bottle most people won’t touch for months.

The night continues with a whiskey cocktail menu crafted by French-trained Chef Barman Ricardo Pulido, followed by Speakeasy Spirits Trivia, where whiskey knowledge turns into serious swag.

Step into Whiskey Wonderland — where smooth whiskey, slow smoke, live blues, and rich cigars collide.

Live blues performances bring the night to life with raw guitar, deep grooves, and timeless sound that pairs perfectly with whiskey in hand and smoke in the air.

Featured food is Battambong BBQ, the legendary Cambodian-influenced Texas-style pop-up from Long Beach led by pitmaster Chad “The Cambodian Cowboy” Phuong. Expect slow-smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip, spiced house sausages, banh mi-style BBQ sandwiches, loaded nachos, and bold fusion sides.

On the patio, enjoy cigars with The Rox Cigar Syndicate — one of the very few cigar-friendly experiences in Long Beach where you can legally enjoy a cigar with your cocktail. Whether you’re seasoned or just starting out, you’re welcome in the culture.
