On Thursday, January 15th (6:30–9:30 PM), step into a fully-curated whiskey experience designed for bold palates, great company, and unforgettable energy.

Your night begins inside Willie’s Banquet Room with a welcome cocktail reception and elevated charcuterie, setting the tone for what’s about to unfold. From there, you’ll enter LA County’s largest distillery for a guided tasting that includes the exclusive release of the triple-distilled “Cyclone Racer” — a bottle most people won’t touch for months.

The experience escalates with a whiskey cocktail menu crafted by French-trained Chef Barman Ricardo Pulido, followed by Speakeasy Spirits Trivia where knowledge pays off in serious swag prizes.
