We'll start by gathering for a Solstice Circle with mindfulness, shared reflections & intention setting with warming drinks and cake! Followed by the thrill of freezing dips in the natural swimming pond, alternated with the deep heat and relaxation of the sauna, Finishing up with a hot lunch by the warmth of a roaring fire in the dining room of the house.
