Many of us are feeling the limits of the systems we've inherited - the pressure for endless growth, constant performance, and speed above all else. At the same time, a growing number of founders are asking something different: what if success isn't simply about scale? What if business can be a practice of care, creativity, and regeneration?
Business & Soul is an evening designed for exactly those questions.
Set within the natural beauty of 42 Acres in Witham Friary, we begin with a walk through the grounds — setting intentions and exploring questions in pairs — before gathering around the fire for a wider conversation chaired by Bethany Koby, Chief Vision Officer of Fam Studio.
A small number of invited guests will share their experiences from the frontlines of building new ways of leading and working — stories of challenge, experimentation, and what comes next. Then we open it up.
This is not an event about easy answers. It's an invitation to question inherited assumptions, sit with uncertainty, and imagine something different — together.
