The WellspringSacred Circles for Health and Wellbeing

Are you longing for a regular space where you can be held, witnessed and supported as you do your inner healing work? A safe and non-judgemental space where all of you, all of your emotions, and all of your struggles are welcome?
The Wellspring is a monthly therapeutic circle (with two dates per month to choose from) for women who want to go deep to heal past or current hurts and traumas. For two years, these circles have quietly grown into a powerful community of women engaged in their shadow work to reclaim the magic of life. Many return month after month because it is one of the few spaces where they feel they can truly be themselves.
This is your invitation to join us and take your place in our growing community.
What These Circles Offer...
Drawing on over 20 years of psychotherapy, rites of passage, ancestral healing, and women’s empowerment work, I guide each circle intuitively based on the themes that arise during our morning check-in. Every session is unique, but the intention is always the same: to support you to meet yourself with truth, courage and compassion.
Expect a space that is deep, real, tender, fierce, free from judgement, and profoundly supportive.

Tears, laughter, truth-telling, beauty, drumming, song and deep sisterhood are part of the medicine.
Who This Is For...
These circles are for you if:
*You’re walking a healing or spiritual path and are looking to go deeper
*You’re carrying grief, rage, fear or other strong emotions and need a safe space to express and understand them
*You’re a healer, guide or space holder wanting to deepen your own capacity
*You feel called to shadow work, inner work, or soul work
*You want meaningful connection with like-minded women
*You’re ready for regular support rather than one-off workshops
No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.
What to Expect in Each Session...
-Opening Check-In: grounding, sharing & naming what’s present
-Deep Dive: experiential, creative and somatic practices based on the themes in the group
-Ritual & Ceremony: guided processes to integrate, release or embody the work
-Closing: grounding, centring and ensuring you leave resourced and steady
Every circle is limited to 12 women to ensure depth, intimacy and safety.
Lunch break: 90 minutes (bring your own or eat out in Lancaster).
Cost: £55 per session
Venue: The Witches' House of Healing Arts, The Storey, Lancaster
Come monthly, twice monthly, or as you're able—every circle stands alone, yet weaves into a powerful ongoing journey.
