This 6-week journey is designed to help you do exactly that.
What You'll Get
Six Thursday evenings of guided wellbeing sessions at Royavie Wellness Cafe in Lancaster. You'll learn practical tools to manage anxiety, reduce stress, and build genuine confidence - all in a supportive, welcoming environment with like-minded people.

What Happens in Each Session?
The wellbeing sessions are designed to gently support wellbeing in different ways- whether that’s lifting your mood, helping you relax, or building resilience so that life’s challenges feel a little easier to manage.
Each session will be really gentle and relaxed, focusing on enhancing wellbeing through a series of talks, activities and relaxation to music.
The sessions will build week by week, covering a range of thoughtfully chosen topics to help you get the most out of the experience, so you leave feeling calmer, clearer and more confident.
Who Will Be Delivering the Course?
Janine created this course to share her research of mental health and wellbeing with others, after her personal experience of feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed in day-today life.
After extensive research, she developed tools and techniques to manage her mental wellbeing that help herself feel calmer, less stressed and generally more positive.
Why This Works
This in-person course offers you the opportunity to improve your wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment, surrounded by like-minded people.
The sessions gently progress from week-to-week, and Janine will be there every step of the way, to support and guide you through your wellbeing journey.

- When: Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm, 5th March - 9th April
- Where: Royavie Wellness Cafe, 14 Penny Street, Lancaster
- Price: £60 + booking fee (just £10 per session)
- Group size: Maximum 20 people
What to bring: Just yourself and an open mind.
Can I miss a session? We recommend attending all 6 for the best results, but if you’re unable to attend a session, don’t worry - we’ll fill you in next session.
