How to talk about money

Do you want to be able to have open, honest and connecting conversations about money.... and everything else?

During the first session we will look at how to express your needs clearly and authentically, how to support yourself whilst you do this and how to check you have been heard.

In the second session we will explore understanding what is being said by others, how to let them know they have been heard and we will begin to walk towards dialogue.

During session 1 you will

• get clear about what you really want to communicate

• Learn how to express this clearly and honestly

• Learn how to accompany yourself with compassion

• Experience communicating without blame or guilt

And in session 2

• Learn how to listen for the meaning behind what is being said

• Learn how to let others know you have heard them

• Focus on connection to support more needs getting met.
• Takeaway some techniques to practice

Ideally you will attend both sessions however you can attend session 1 only if you wish.
