The Wellness Hub MCR x We Invented The Weekend - FREE Outdoor Mass Yoga

Join us on the 7th of June Sunday for morning feel-good yoga session at 10:30 AM, taking place on the Piazza stage at Media City. This mass participatory class is designed to bring people together through movement, helping you reset, recharge, and start your day with great intention!

Suitable for all levels, the session is open to everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or already have a regular practice. Expect a welcoming, energising flow in an open outdoor space, creating a shared moment of calm and connection within the community.
