MileShyClub are providing a Couch To 5K Taster Session for the “We Invented The Weekend” festival that is taking place at Salford Quays over the weekend of the 6th and 7th of June. Come and join Coach Wendy at The Piazza as she leads the first session of Couch To 5K to show how the program works.
