We are excited to begin our new program for new members and old-timers alike this THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th at 5:45 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
This week's topic is An Introduction to the Episcopal Church & The Way of Love. In this first gathering, we will explore a basic understanding of The Episcopal Church—its history, beliefs, and worship traditions. We will also introduce The Way of Love, a spiritual path shaped by seven core spiritual practices: Turn, Learn, Pray, Worship, Bless, Go, and Rest. Together, we will reflect on these practices, set intentions for our journey, and consider how they can guide us toward a deeper and more intentional life of faith as members of "The Episcopal branch of the Jesus Movement."
We invite all our adult members to consider joining us for this engaging and meaningful start to the series!
We will begin the evening with a brief time of prayer and a light supper.
