🔵 Educational Session (5 p.m.): Learn about the causes, symptoms and treatment options for hernias from our experienced bariatric and general surgeons.
🔵 Free Screening: Get a free, non-invasive private screening to determine if you have a hernia and what your next steps should be.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you may benefit from attending this event:
🔵 A lump or bulge in the affected area
🔵 Discomfort or pain, especially when lifting, bending or coughing
🔵 Burning, aching or heavy feeling in the abdomen
🔵 Chronic acid reflux that you may feel as heartburn or indigestion
Patients determined to have a hernia can be scheduled on the spot for a general surgery pre-op visit within 14 days or less.
Advanced registration is required by Sept. 1. Space is limited.
