Try something new on Saturday mornings with Moon Dragon Fitness! Learn to use a variety of training tools including staffs and lightsabers in a martial arts setting while also gaining coordination, focus, and mobility, as well as improving your cardiovascular health. In this class, you will learn forms and their practical applications and also how to defend yourself while using the tools. Have fun while learning a new skill!
Class is $10 and is held in South Hills Park, along Lincoln Avenue. Park in the lot near the fields and walk north along the path to find us!
In the case of inclement weather, class moves inside to the back room of Danstation inside the Lebanon Valley Mall - keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates!
