The Ultimate Healing ExperienceThe name says it all! In this immersive experience we begin with mindful movement to warm up the physical body followed by strong breathing to allow energy flow. From there we move into a gentle relaxing & passive yoga practice infused with Reiki energy healing. It all culminates with a grounding and centering sound meditation.
