12pm - Arrival and Welcome - Settle in onto your mat

12.15pm - Grounding Yoga Movement with Jennifer

1.15pm - Refreshing Herbal Tea, Homemade Cake and Snacks provided

1.30pm - Mindful Creative Flow session with Amy with additional Group Art Piece, a print of this will be posted to you following the event.

2.30pm - Refreshments break

2.45 - Guided Meditation with Carly

4pm - Close of Day

Things you will need to bring for your comfort:

Essential - A cushion, blanket, water bottle

And you may wish to bring your journals or perhaps a crystal or object to charge on the altar
