We all want to be happy but it doesn’t seem last!
Buddha teaches that real happiness depends upon a peaceful mind. To develop a peaceful mind we need a clear understand of what our mind is and how it functions.
On this retreat we will spend time focussing on the nature and function of our own mind. Through this we will gain some inner calm and experience the clarity of our own mind.
This retreat is based on the downloads by Tharpa Publications called Meditations for a Clear Mind.
