The Table & The Vine is an intimate four-course dining experience featuring expertly crafted dishes by Executive Chef Darrin Mayweather, each thoughtfully paired with premium wines from Chateau Chantal—recently recognized as one of Michigan's premier wineries.

Many of the featured wines are produced in limited quantities and are typically only available at Chateau Chantal's winery on Old Mission Peninsula, making this a rare opportunity to experience selections not commonly found in retail stores.

Throughout the evening, each course has been intentionally designed to complement the character and flavor profile of its paired wine, creating a dining experience that celebrates the artistry behind both food and winemaking.
