The Sunrise Yoga Rave at Killiney

Katie Ryan Yoga & eightAM DJ's have come together to create a morning not to be missed!

Meeting time is 6.45am at the top of Killiney Hill. At 7am Katie will guide us through a gentle yoga flow to get the body moving. As sunrise is at 7.15am on the 21st we will do our first Sun Salutation as it rises.

Then it will be over to the boys from eightAM DJ's to get the decks going and the tunes flowing. Who wouldn't love a sober rave at 8am after a yoga session at the top of a hill?

What to bring?

• Yoga mat/towel/blanket for the yoga session
• Layers as it is Ireland and the weather may change
• Water
• Swim gear if you want to join us at Vico after
