The Sunday Ritual
A nourishing 90-minute Sunday reset designed to slow you down, soften your nervous system and reconnect you to yourself before the week begins.
Grounded in The PLAY Method, this session blends pilates, yoga and free movement through curiosity and awareness. No pressure. No performance. Just intuitive movement designed to feel supportive and accessible to all levels.
This Edition
Led by Isabella Lloyd, this ritual leans into mindfulness and release.
Expect grounding, breath-led movement that:
- Calms the mind
- Releases tension
- Creates internal space
Live acoustic music by Rachel Min is woven throughout the session - offering a warm, intimate soundscape to help you land, receive and soften more deeply.
We close with guided journalling, using movement and music as entry points for reflection and intention-setting for the week ahead.
