About this Event
Join us for a nourishing retreat afternoon where we'll rest, reflect and gently turn towards spring.
Spring equinox arrives on Friday 20 March - a chance to celebrate the beginning of spring.
Tucked in the cosy upstairs space at Yoga Point Brixton, we'll take a moment to breathe, rest and connect to ourselves, inspired by the turning of the seasons.
Together we'll enjoy:
- mindfulness
- journalling
- creative exercises
- cups of tea with home-made cake
- finishing with a lovely long reclined meditation so you come away feeling rested and renewed.
This retreat is an opportunity to check in with yourself, reflect and come back to what matters to you. A perfect way to cross the threshold into the busier, more frenetic seasons of spring-summer.
This will be a small-group session, so do book ahead to be sure of a space.

Yoga Point Brixton can be found at 122 Dalberg Road.
- By Tube - it’s about a 15-minute walk from Brixton Tube
- By Train - roughly a 12-minute walk from Herne Hill Station
- By bus - routes 3, 37 and 196 stop directly on Dalberg Road
- By car - on-street parking is available around the studio, but parking zones operate during daytime hours, so check signs before you park

Holly is a writer, a celebrant and an ordained interfaith minister. Holly is passionate about creating space for people to connect with themselves, with nature and with each other. Holly's events focus on being accessible, nourshing and gentle.
