Spring Equinox Yin Yoga Gongbath

Join us for the 2-hour Yin yoga and gong bath healing workshops to harmonise the energies and elements within your body!
Consultation
To start with, San will conduct an initial consultation on which body area you would like to focus on during the 1:1 tuning fork and singing bowl experience.
We will then commence with yin yoga, a meditative practice, where poses are held for extended periods to target the connective tissues in the body, meridians (energy channels), associated organs and chakras (energy centres), to release deeply held physical and emotional tension and unblock stagnant energy.
Yin Yoga
Each workshop will have a particular focus aligning with different energy centres in the body. A profoundly powerful way to re-balance and re-set in a small group setting.
The focus of this Yin Yoga Gongbath is on the third eye and how we manifest our dreams via having discernment and planting the seed with our vision.
1:1 Sound Session with Tibetan Singing Bowl & Tuning Fork
During the yoga practice, Tibetan singing bowls will be placed on your body or 111hz tuning fork used on your bones to deepen your healing experience.
Gongbath
Finally, lying back and surrendering to the resonant vibrations of the ancient gong, to promote deep relaxation, stress reduction and a sense of peace.
About Facilitors
Kanwal / Yogabliss
Kanwal’s teaching style is characterized by warmth, intuition and clear communication. Her classes are engaging and inclusive, with an emphasis on deep stretches, slow flows and mindful breathing. She encourages students to go beyond the physical postures and to delve into the transformative philosophy that underlies yoga. Kanwal was drawn to yoga in her 20s as a way of keeping a center of gravity whilst doing a robust job working on women's rights and social justice and eventually trained with Yoghaven in 2010 (hot, vinyasa) and more recently with Norman Blair (yin). Kanwal has had a regular meditation and qi gong practice since 2017. She currently teaches hatha and yin yoga styles in South London.
San / Soul Aurganic Sound Healing
San is a trained Sound Healing Practitioner who uses gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and voice. She recently created quantum healing modality called Toroidal Stargate Activation that facilitates directing toroidal energy in one's energy field and consciousness.
