On Sunday, June 23rd, refresh yourself from the wellspring at The Spaces Soul Oasis. This deep, meaningful day is a wonderful opportunity to increase your awareness, and mindfully connect with your essence so that you can reenter your life feeling fulfilled.

As we gather, we'll create an inclusive space of trust and openness where vulnerability is honoured and authenticity is celebrated. Gently guided by experienced facilitators and surrounded by supportive souls, this amazing experience will be hosted by Sarah Millan of Soul Collective YYC, The Spaces’ Dr. Chris Healey, and Colin Hillstrom, soundbath facilitator and ceremonial space holder, as well as other soulful guides.

This month’s theme is The Energy Body - get ready for the summer with freshness and vitality! It starts with inviting yourself to a place where your soul can be and stay. Retreat from the currents and tides that influence your lifestyle, schedule and distractions, and immerse yourself into:

• peaceful, relaxing meditations
• dynamic movement and stretching
• reflective exercises
• soul-centered, deeply meaningful conversations
• and so much more.

Fill yourself with nurturing self-compassion and loving kindness, and soak in the aural tones of a harmonic soundbath. Align with many kindred spirits together on the journey of self-discovery, every moment infused with profound and transformative truth that is supported by science. Learn how to be and express yourself from that space, and celebrate slowing down. You will be enriched and reconnected.

Tickets include a continental breakfast, a delicious locally-sourced light lunch, and healthy snacks, as well as an awesome gift bag. We will make sure you're well fed and well hydrated. Please come feeling comfortable - you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, your water bottle, slippers, layers - and whatever else you'll need or want. When purchasing your ticket, please specify if you need gluten free or vegan options and let us know if you have any other dietary restrictions.
