✨ Monthly Sound Bath Sanctuary 26/11/25 7.30-8.45pm✨
I lovingly invite you to join me in a space of calm and ease on the last Wednesday of each month, 7:30–8:45pm, for a deeply relaxing sound bath. You’ll be “bathed” in soothing sound waves from tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other healing instruments, guiding your mind and body into a deep state of rest.
We will tune into the energies and cycles of that particular time of the season, especially the new moon—setting intentions to guide you forward in your life..
With my background as a yoga and wellbeing practitioner I will invite you to optionally do some very light gentle restorative stretches ie shoulders/neck/head for 5 minutes, followed by breathing and then I will lead you into the soundbath. This helps you to fully relax and settle into the experience.
On a scientific level the soundwaves trigger a relaxation response in your body bringing you into the parasympathetic nervous system by changing your brainwaves from beta to alpha/theta leaving you feeling calm, sleepy and grounded.

What to bring:
-Ultra-comfy clothes
-Pillow, blanket & thick mat (something like a thick yoga mat) (extra layers for comfort recommended)

Important information to note: Soundbaths are not recommended if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy, have sound-induced epilepsy, or severe mental health challenges.
