Shropshire Menopause Hub welcomes the amazing Jules, an inclusive women’s PT, who runs Aluna Wellbeing, to come along and talk to us about exercise and movement in midlife. There is so much advice about exercise out there, regularly conflicting and often confusing but Jules will explain how we can tailor our movement in midlife to help us get the best out of the time we invest in exercise.Come and join us for an evening of clarity, the opportunity to ask questions and join in the discussion or sit and listen if you prefer. You will also benefit from the connection with other midlife women and a cuppa too! All welcome and never any judgment.
