You are warmly invited to step into a sacred space of presence, stillness, and restoration.Each sound bath is more than a moment of relaxation; it is a full ceremonial journey designed to guide you gently from the busyness of daily life into deep connection with yourself.
Before the sounds begin, we prepare the body and mind through simple yet powerful rituals, connecting with Essential Oils, Conscious Breathwork, Hand Mudras, and Mantra.
These practices help you arrive fully, creating space for the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
As the Sound Bath unfolds, the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments move through you, supporting release, balance, and deep rest.
Every journey is unique — you may feel clarity, emotional release, grounding, or simply a profound sense of stillness.
What makes this sound bath different:
Unlike standard sound baths, this is a complete ceremony. Every session is intentionally layered with preparatory rituals to ready your body, mind, and soul.
The combination of breathwork, mudras, mantra, and aromatherapy before the sound immersion ensures you receive the experience fully — not just as relaxation, but as a holistic, transformative practice that touches every level of your being.
There is nothing you need to do or achieve — simply arrive, receive, and be held by the journey.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, a weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s, please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice.
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.

Due to the nature of this event, late arrivals are unfortunately not permitted so not to disturb the session, so please give yourself plenty of time to get here. Doors open 10 mins before the start time and will be locked prompt on start time
