𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚?
Rocket Yoga was created by 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐳, a long-time student of 𝐊. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐡𝐢 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐬, and famously named by 𝐁𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝 in 1980s San Francisco.
Based on the traditional Ashtanga sequences, Rocket keeps the integrity of the practice while 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 “𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝” 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞.
The result?
A 𝐝𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜, 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 that meets you where you are and invites you to explore.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦
Adam found yoga in 2013 and quickly turned a supportive practice helping his wife into a daily ritual and calling. He completed his teacher training in 2019 and has been sharing his passion ever since.
With a background as a 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, Adam brings clarity, presence and creativity to his teaching. Expect 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 and a 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 inspired by his vinyl collection.
Trained in 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐚, 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭, 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐬, 𝐘𝐢𝐧 & 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, Adam’s classes are 𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. Adam teaches at some of London’s most respected studios, where he has built a loyal following and we know he’ll be a great addition to Yogalicious!
