Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable while resting on the floor.

Please plan to arrive with enough time to settle in comfortably before the experience begins. There is free parking at the venue. Doors open at 2:45PM for check-in and close at 3:15PM to start the session.
