Info: Each Sound Journey & Reiki session is a 60-minute guided experience designed to gently unwind your nervous system from start to finish.

We begin with nesting — settling into your space with props and intention — followed by gentle breathwork to bring you out of your mind and into your body.

From there, Christina guides you into the immersive Sound Journey using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, and chimes, creating a layered frequency landscape for deep regulation.

Throughout the sound journey, Lizette provides individual Reiki energy healing to each guest, offering hands-on or near-body support based on your comfort level.

We close with a heart-centered Tibetan bowl vibration placed over the heart chakra, followed by a final grounding breath and soft stretch to gently return you to the room.

No rushing.
