About this Event

Step into a warm, uplifting space designed to help you feel lighter, calmer and more connected. This evidence‑based wellbeing workshop blends positive psychology with simple, powerful practices inspired by the Museum of Happiness UK.

Across our time together, you’ll explore five habits that genuinely shift mood, build resilience and support emotional wellbeing — all in a gentle, accessible way.

What you’ll experience

A soothing welcome and a mood‑lifting check‑in to settle you into the space

Gratitude practices that retrain the brain toward safety, abundance and ease

Kindness activities that spark serotonin, oxytocin and genuine human connection

Mindfulness tools to calm the nervous system and bring you back into the present

Connection exercises that deepen belonging and shared humanity

A values‑based exploration of meaning and purpose to guide your next steps

You’ll leave with one simple habit to focus on for the next 7 days, chosen by you — plus a short grounding relaxation to help everything land in your body and your mind.

This workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, reconnect and remember that happiness is not a personality trait — it’s a skill you can grow, one small habit at a time.
