About this Event

At the turning of Mabon, light and dark meet once more in perfect harmony.
The earth exhales in golden hues, inviting us to pause, reflect, and receive the wisdom of balance.

Join us for an evening of inner and outer equilibrium — a ritual of gratitude, release, and restoration. Together, we will:
🍂 Reflect on the harvest of our personal year
🔥 Offer back what is ready to be released into transformation
💨 Breathe into stillness through gentle movement and sound
🌕 Honour the equal dance of night and day, shadow and light

Through breath, sound, meditation, and communal intention, we return to centre — remembering that peace is not stillness, but flow.

Includes herbal tea and an autumnal harvest snack following the ceremony.
