Awenyddion Energy Healing Level I | Full-Day Energy Healing Training
About this Event
Awenyddion Energy Healing is an integrative approach to energetic practice that brings together a wide range of tools, traditions and ways of working with the body, mind, energy and Spirit.
This full-day Level I training is the beginning of the Awenyddion Energy Healing Learning Path at Oakhenge.
Throughout the day, we'll explore foundational energy-healing concepts while beginning to work experientially with practices that may include:
- Reiki-influenced energy work
- Crystals
- Runes
- Breathwork
- Movement
- Meditation
- Chakra balancing
- Energy sensing and awareness
- Grounding and centring
- Intuitive energetic practice
- And additional tools within the Awenyddion approach
Rather than teaching one technique and asking everyone to use it in the same way, Awenyddion introduces students to a broader way of understanding and interacting with energy.
The goal is to begin developing your ability to sense, listen, respond and work intentionally.
And at the heart of the training is something uniquely Oakhenge:
The Awenyddion Attunement
The Awenyddion Attunement was developed at Oakhenge and forms an important part of this energy-healing path.
Students participating in Level I will receive the Awenyddion Attunement as part of their training.
THIS IS A LEARNING PATH
Awenyddion Energy Healing Level I isn't intended to teach everything in a single day.
It's the beginning.
Students who want to continue developing their practice will have the opportunity to progress through:
Level I
Foundations
Level II
Deeper practice and expanded skills
Level III
Advanced development
Master / Level IV
Advanced training followed by practicum
Each level builds upon the work that came before it.
Our intention is to create space for students to learn, practise, integrate and return ready to go deeper.

- Foundational hands-on energy practices

- Introduction to chakra balancing

- Developing body and energy awareness
Tools Within Awenyddion
Students will be introduced to ways that Awenyddion may incorporate:

- Breathwork
- Somatic and intuitive movement
- Meditation
- Chakra work
- Intuitive energetic awareness
The Awenyddion Attunement
Students will receive the Awenyddion Attunement, developed here at Oakhenge.

Awenyddion Energy Healing Level I may be for you if:
- You've been curious about energy healing
- You feel drawn to helping or healing work
- You want to develop greater energetic awareness
- You're interested in Reiki but also want to explore beyond a single modality
- You work with crystals, runes, breathwork, meditation or other healing practices and want to understand how they may work together
- You already practise another healing modality and want to expand your toolkit
- You're exploring your intuition and energetic sensitivity
- You're looking for a structured learning path rather than a single introductory workshop
- You feel called to explore energy healing but aren't sure where to begin
Beginners are welcome.
You do not need to arrive already knowing how to work with energy.
That's why there's a Level I.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring:
- Water
- Lunch
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move
- A pen
- Any personal items you normally use to support grounding or comfort
Your Level I workbook will be provided.
Additional information about anything specific you should bring will be sent to registered students before the training.

Energy-healing practices are complementary in nature and are not a replacement for appropriate medical, psychological or other regulated professional care.
Participants are encouraged to practise within their individual level of training and applicable professional scope.
THE AWENYDDION LEARNING PATH
This is Level I of a progressive training path.
Students who complete Level I will be able to continue into future Awenyddion Energy Healing levels as they are offered.
The path progresses through:
Level I → Level II → Level III → Master / Level IV + Practicum
You don't need to commit to the entire journey today.
