Join Oakhenge Houses of Healing for an immersive series of Biodynamic Breathwork Journeys—powerful, somatic experiences designed to move emotional energy, deepen awareness, and awaken the body’s natural intelligence.

Each 2½-hour journey blends conscious breathing, intuitive movement, sound, and guided integration to help you release, recharge, and realign with the rhythm of the seasons.

These sessions invite gentle transformation, not force—safe, trauma-informed spaces to breathe your way home to yourself.

No experience is required. Each journey meets you where you are—honouring your body’s pace and your breath’s wisdom.

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to another participant or future breathwork date with 48 hours’ notice.
