Sometimes the greatest act of healing is giving yourself permission to simply be still.
The Sacred Resonance Experience is an intimate 90-minute immersive wellness experience designed to help you disconnect from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself through intentional rest, mindfulness, aromatherapy, guided meditation, and therapeutic sound.
This is more than a sound bath.
It is a carefully curated self-care experience that engages multiple senses to create an atmosphere of peace, reflection, and renewal.
From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to encourage you to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace a moment that is entirely yours.
To preserve the intimate nature of the experience, attendance is limited to only six participants each month.
Your Evening Includes
Herbal Tea Welcome
Begin your evening with a warm herbal tea, calming music, and light refreshments while settling into the space.
Intention Ceremony
You'll be guided through a gentle intention-setting practice to help you identify what you are ready to release, restore, or invite into your life.
Create Your Signature Essential Oil Blend
Visit the She Healz Aromatherapy Bar where you'll create your own personalized essential oil blend using therapeutic-quality oils.
Your blend is handcrafted by you and becomes part of your personal self-care ritual long after the evening ends.
The Sacred Resonance Immersion
Allow yourself to fully relax during a guided immersive wellness experience designed to encourage deep rest, mindfulness, and intentional relaxation.
Comfortable mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided.
