Are you interested in moving past surface level to connect with people in a deeper frequency?

This workshop is an intentional, resonant space for anyone who loves music to gather, drop into the present moment, and experience the soundtracks of our lives together.

• Share Your Track: Take a breath from your week - Bring a song that is deeply meaningful to you right now. Maybe the one you’ve been blasting in your car or keeping you anchored or in wonder (Depending on the day we may cap songs at 2 min)
• Listen in Presence: We allow the room to experience the music together in immersive, collective presence.
• Reflect Somatically: We close each song with light, organic conversation about the visceral, physical experience of the sound and where it takes us.

By bypassing the usual social scripts and diving straight into the songs that move us, we create an immediate, authentic thread with those around us.

The beautiful thing is that every single session is a limited edition. Because we never know exactly who will sign up, each circle brings a completely new group of humans and a fresh, community-curated soundtrack. It’s a unique, alive experience that will never happen the exact same way again.

Please bring an open heart and a song. No musical/music education background required at all.

• Where: Durham Art Guild
• What to bring: Yourself and one song we can find to share via Bluetooth - just the title and artist.

This workshop is an optional donation $5-$10 opportunity.
