SOUNDMATES: Looking to skip the surface-level small talk and connect with people on a deeper frequency? Who will you resonate with?

This workshop is a unique, intentional space for anyone who loves music to gather, drop into the present moment, and experience the soundtracks of our lives together.

We meet every other Wednesday from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the Durham Art Guild.

• Share Your Track: Bring a song that is deeply meaningful to you right now—the one you’ve been blasting in your car or keeping you anchored. (Depending on the day we may cap songs at 2 min)
• Listen in Presence: We allow the room to experience the music together in immersive, collective presence.
• Reflect Somatically: We close each song with light, organic conversation about the visceral, physical experience of the sound and where it took us.

By bypassing the usual social scripts and diving straight into the songs that move us, we create an immediate, authentic thread with those around us.

The beautiful thing? Every single session is a total limited edition. Because we never know exactly who will sign up, each circle brings a completely new group of humans and a fresh, community-curated soundtrack. It’s a unique, living sonic experience that will never happen the exact same way again.

• What to bring: Yourself and one song we can find to share via Bluetooth - just the title and artist.
