What to expect when you arrive to one of my Sound Baths��Imagine this…
You’re lying down, wrapped in a warm blanket, feeling cosy, sinking deeper into the mat underneath you. The lighting is soft low.
Following a gentle meditation to help you connect in with your body, Sound begins to gently ripple through the space. I walk around you using different instruments to wash over you.
And for a moment… everything softens and you move deeper into a meditative state�
This is what deep rest feels like for your mind, body & soul.
The Sacred Pause becomes more than relaxation. It is a space where you can just be�
