This is a deeply relaxing yoga class suitable for all fitness levels.
The class will help you switch off from worries and stress, preparing you for a good night’s sleep.

• Your own yoga mat or a large towel
• A soft blanket if you wish
• Wear your pyjamas if you like
• Go straight to bed after the class 😊
