Bob is a forest ecologist and professional biologist who has been surveying Whistler’s wet and not so wet places for more than 30 years. He began beaver surveys in 2007 with the Whistler Biodiversity Project and has become fixated on these amazing animals, in particular their critical role in keeping Whistler Valley wet. Bob will talk about where beavers are found in Whistler Valley, their natural history, and ways we can do a better job sharing this valley with beavers.
