WHAT IS THE DAY ABOUT?
We offer Londoners a kind of sanctuary space to come and dance, be themselves, dive deep, have fun, release stress, connect with their body, and stretch themselves beyond their usual way of being. A deep dive journey. You can attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. No experience necessary.
During the day you will have the chance to dance and dive into a selection of some very beautiful and unique movement & connection practices.
SCHEDULE:
◈ 11:45am-2:30pm TANTRIC TRANCE DANCE RITUAL
Join us for this Tantric-Shamanic Dance Journey! Through this unique transformational dance process, you will be guided into befriending all the aspects of your Being. Your Embodied Nature, your Hearts deep longing, and your personal connection to the Great Mystery.
An Active Meditation and Alchemical Practice for the 21st Century! This is a very unique dance experience, a blending of ancient and contemporary transformational tools, including: Bioenergetics, Ecstatic Dance, Emotional Release (Catharsis), Chakra Journeying, Vipassana Meditation, Latihan ... with the powerful use of a blindfold - all these elements woven together to invite you into a deep state of presence, awakening & celebration. Waking up to celebrate the one that you are. Our video of the Tantric Trance Dance Ritual:

*Please note: Use of a blindfold is essential to get the most out of this practice, blindfolds will be provided. No entry after 12:15pm very sorry, this is so we can all journey together. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion & blanket, blindfolds will be provided!
◈ break 1h 15 min Selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway. Bring a packed lunch.There are also various cafes/shops/food places nearby. There is no access to kitchen at the venue.
◈ 3:45pm-5:45pm CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS - Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. During this workshop, you will be invited to first tune into yourself, your body, and your sensations, to create safety, and then meet others in a non-traditional and heart-centered way. Learn to honour your personal boundaries, learn to enjoy your desire for connection, and communicate both with authenticity. Become more grounded and vital, more sensual, and more connected with your feelings and your heart.
◈ break 1h 15 min Selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway. Bring a packed dinner. There are also various cafes/shops/food places nearby. There is no access to kitchen at the venue.
◈ 7pm-9:45pm SHAMANIC BASS TEMPLE - Ecstatic Dance/Movement Meditation with *Cacao Gratitude Circle* (We will provide complimentary Raw Vegan Cacao - super yummy, the best in London for sure! ) Doors open at 7pm, no entry after 7:30pm.
◈ 9:45pm-10:15pm Optional social with refreshing fruit to nourish you after the dance
