An exploration into gender equality within the sport industry.
About this Event

Speakers will explore the current state of gender equality, where global progress has stalled and, in some cases, reversed. While increased visibility in the UK signals positive change, significant imbalances remain, alongside a concerning rise in misogyny.

The session will examine the role of sport as a powerful platform for change, building respect for women and highlighting their achievements. It will also consider how sport supports individual growth, leadership and resilience, while opening up new opportunities for investment and contributing to wider economic development across clubs, sponsors and the national landscape.

Speaker:

Annamarie Phelps, Vice President, World Rowing; Vice Chair, British Olympic Association\

The event is free to attend and requires registration.
