OxBio Hub – Preview and Early Access Tour

Join us for an exclusive Preview and Early Access Tour of OxBio Hub, following the recent grant of planning permission and the commencement of works for the state-of-the-art refurbishment, reuse and extension of Building 2700 (the former Oxfam HQ).

OxBio Hub, will become a prominent new innovation campus offering CL2 lab-ready, flexible workspace ranging from 4,000 sq.ft to 130,851 sq.ft. at the established Oxford Business Park.

This is a unique opportunity to visit the site at the very start of the project, hear directly from owner Angus Bates of Greyarc Investments about the vision and plans behind OxBio Hub, and discover how it will support the future growth of Oxford's converging science and deep tech sectors.

Please note this is an active construction site - hard hats and high-visibility jackets will be provided.
